Saving Us: A Climate Scientist’s Case For Hope And Healing In A Divided World, by Katharine Hayhoe. Hayhoe is a climate scientist on the faculty of Texas Tech University. She is also the chief scientist for the Nature Conservancy and is the climate ambassador for the World Evangelical Alliance. She is a recognized expert on the realities of climate change and a committed Christian. Her book is very direct regarding what we know and don’t know about our changing global climate. The book is a “multilayered look at science, faith, and human psychology, from an icon in her field.”
